Yes that would be awesome...Clancy's Fish Pub in Applecross or Freo maybe?  (Epic range of beer and good food...plus the atmosphere is always cozy).

If we could get 4 or so guys together we could at least get something started.

I like "West Coast Sportfishing Tournaments" as a club name.  Keeps it somewhat open to fish styles and would sound attractive to possible sponsors and the likes.

Obviously the key hurdles to getting this off the ground are going to be funding, structure and liability.  Structure will be quite easy, funding and liability go hand in hand and once sorted will then be a case of creating a sustainable business model to ensure the club can live and grow keeping all members happy (thats members...as there will be no financial stakeholders).

Got to work on Breamers day, but let me know whats going on and I'll be there,pretty sure that simon & sandy are keen aswell from conversations we've had in the past. Also had a chat with a tackle shop that would be keen to help out if required.
