Full credit to everyone who showed up, great people, great weather and great fishing.  Two new 4kg plus record 4 fish bags were set out of all WA tournament history- Congrats to sewelly for taking the biggest with a colossal 4 fish for 4.575kg.  Numerous pb's were broken- I think gary, suzie and dror with his stonking 1.8kg bream.  Congrats to all the place getters- no it wasnt rigged, and I have dontated my winnings to the new club in helping to get started up.

Many thanks to Bear and Sewelly from WAFM for use of their scales, and to Craig from the Bream classics for use of the weigh bags.

Will keep you all posted on when another one is on, hopefully we can get more boats and more new faces.

A massive well done to Brad for running such a successful weekend and also for taking out another win on the Swan.

Heck of an effort mate!!!

Well done to all who placed well and those who managed to step up and crack a PB, learn something new or simply make a few new mates.  Some absolutely horse fish and bags caught over the weekend, which has been something the Swan has lacked for sometime now.

I think everyone will have to agree that your one heck of a bloke for donating funds to the new club like that mate.  With people like that involved this club is going to be in great hands.

For those wondering where you can grab those amazing Zipbaits Metal Beats...check them out in our store (piccies will be up soon).

Guys

It was great seeing you in my backyard yesterday and Sunday and it was great saying hello to all we met at the fishing day training a couple weeks back. Next time we will read our web pages better to know whats happening, but it gave me and Reddog1 the bug for the weekend to grab the boat anyway to get out there on both days ourselves.

It was great cruising the river both days and fishing and saying hello to everyone out there enjoying them selves, thats what fishing is about haveing fun on the water as freinds.

It was great to see the fish that were pulled out from the Swan and the great pictures posted on the web, well done all.

WHAT A WEEKEND FOR FISHING REGARDS TO THE WEATHER.

Regards Andrew and Wes

What happened to your rod Pete?

Your more than welcome to pop around and have a look at (can take one home to play with if your keen) our Egrells mate.  Got someone testing the Bear S1 at the moment but all others are here for your perving if you so desire.

Had a play with the Bear S1 and is a top 'allrounder' IMO

unfortunately the rod had an altercation with a cleat on Drors boat (slipped under it) i didn't notice it picked up rod and crunch.

thanks for the offer dave will have to save some pennies first

Dror should carry a warning on his boat 'bout them cleats (did the same thing with an Egrell- ouch)

Those cleats are building up somewhat of a reputation as rod eaters!!!

Sorry to hear that Pete.
