hi guys,

me, dacon and callum went for a fish up one of our secret spots that hasnt been plundered by all the baitos of albany yet, and managed a nice 14 fish in a couple of hours. not a huge haul, but good enough for a bit of fun. all our fish were on plastics fished off various shape jiggyjigs size 2 and 4 1/32nds, exept deacon got one on an ecogear jerkbait.plastics that did the damege were snapback 2'' grubs and 4'' finnese jerbaits, bass minnows, gulp shrimps (deacon using bait), slider worms and atomic 2.75 inch paddletails, and the aforementioned jerkbait. biggest i got was 37cm, which put up a nice tussle inamongst the snags.

Trecking Out ???  Unless they walked it is not that far from home  And I know them there was no walking......

Not wanting to blow the cover on spot X..............................  But I would have got 20 odd fish there last weekend all on REAL lures  Hard bodies....  But all fairly small fish, but again this is one of the few spots around Albany that goes against the trend of a winter shut down....
