The Terms of Use are as following:

1: All goods for sale must not be sold for profit.  The goods must be genuine second hand goods (including unwanted prizes or gifts).  Any item deemed as being sold for profit/trade (Eg. O/Seas tackle) will be removed from the board and member will be disciplined.

2: All thread titles must have either FS: (for sale) EOI: (expression of interest) or WTB: (want to buy) at the start.

3: No stupid posts in someone elses genuine For Sale thread.  Such posts will be moderated accordingly at the moderator's discretion.

4: JiggyJigs.com WILL NOT be held liable for any fallen through sales or fraud that may occur in any deals made by members.  Buy and Sell at your own risk.

5: Only fishing tackle will be allowed to be sold.  Permission ma be granted for other items.  If unsure simply email us for further details.

6: Please include location, price and whether you will post the goods or not in your item description.

Initially the discipline course of action was a solid caning, followed by a short burst with the whip, and maybe a spanking, but then I realised the sick folk that post on here would probably like that...so the course of action will now most likely the old banning or suspension...(boring I know).

You can have a free disciplining for not letting me cheat in your tournaments. lol
