How Is My Order Shipped?

All our orders are shipped via Australia Post Express Post.  Orders over $50 receive FREE express shipping.

How Long Does Shipping Take?

We endeavour to ship all orders on the same day as the order was placed.  Pending timing, this isn’t always possible, so some orders will be shipped the very next business day.  Like any business, sometimes unexpected problems can arise, however we always endeavour to ship an order as quickly as possible.

All orders are shipped via Express Post, which typically takes up to two business days to arrive.  Given this service is provided by a 3rd party, we obviously can’t guarantee any time frames, however, in our experience shipping has typically been very fast.

Some regional/remote areas can take more time.

How Do I Pay For My Order?

Payment is safe, secure and easy.  We offer both direct deposit (online banking or in any Westpac branch), or credit/debit card payment via Paypal’s secure payment system.  Should you have a Paypal account, you can also pay with any existing balance you might have.

Our online payment options above are both secure and safe, with no payment details held by JiggyJigs Pty Ltd.  All online payments are through either your bank or Paypal’s secure and encrypted servers.

How Do I Return My Order

If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your goods or they are faulty, simply contact us at sales@jiggyjigs.com or via our Contact Page, and we’ll organise your return and a credit/refund.
