Returns & Refunds
Our goal here at JiggyJigs.com is to make your shopping experience as easy, secure and trouble free as possible. That’s why our process have a fair and simple return and refund policy.
For faulty or damaged goods, you can simply return the item and we’ll send a replacement or provide a refund. It’s your choice, so simply contact us when making a refund, explaining why you’d like to return the goods and whether you’d like an exchange or full refund for that item(s).
In the event you’ve changed your mind about the goods you’ve purchased, simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, explaining that you’d like to return the goods. Goods returned must still be in original, undamaged packaging with all tags/stickers intact.
All returns should be sent to the below address (we always recommend using tracked postage, as we don’t take responsibility for lost returns):
